Prairie Lakes Ice Arena tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a place where you can skate, hang out, and maybe even catch a concert or two? Prairie Lakes Ice Arena in Watertown, South Dakota, is pretty much the heart of winter fun and community events all rolled into one. It’s not just your average rink, think bright lights, the sound of blades on ice, and the smell of hot chocolate in the air. Whether you're a seasoned skater or just trying to stay upright, they’ve got rental skates and beginner lessons that make everyone feel welcome. The place has a real community vibe, supporting local programs and even hosting themed skate nights that draw a crowd. Plus, if you’re into concerts or events, the arena transforms into a lively spot where you can cheer on your favorite band or enjoy a family-friendly show. The seating is pretty flexible too, from front-row excitement to more relaxed, budget-friendly options. Just a heads up, if you’re heading there, it’s a good idea to check out their map beforehand because construction or events might divert you a bit. All in all, Prairie Lakes Ice Arena is more than just ice and shows, it’s a community hub that keeps the good times rolling year-round, and honestly, it’s a place I always look forward to visiting.
